About the Author
STEPHEN JARRETT spent more than twenty years as an officer in the U.S. Navy, holding a variety of assignments. He spent seventeen years at sea, including command of the nuclear submarine USS Daniel Boone (SSBN-629). He is the founder and CEO of Dolphin & Eagle Consulting, Inc., in Charleson, SC.
