Joseph M. Hatfield Ph.D. is the Associate Chair of the Department of Cyber Science at the U.S. Naval Academy. His academic background is grounded strongly in International Relations and his research has been published widely in peer-reviewed academic journals. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge.
