Mistakes, embarrassment, confusion, and frustration often seem to be ever-present or follow us during our school years. There seem to be many people telling you what to do, how to improve, that you are not good enough, that the bad grade you received or a relationship that ended will haunt you forever. It may seem that way now, but it will come to an end.. One day you will be able to look back on all those awkward moments and laugh. You will find also that you have learned and grown from them. Author and teacher Jessica Anders writes of 20 such moments from her own school days. They will make you laugh and smile, and perhaps, even see something of yourself and your own experiences. Everyone has embarrassing moments. The challenge is not to take them too seriously!
